Meet The Team

Licensed master aesthetician and owner of Fancy Face has been in the skincare industry for over a decade. After receiving her aesthetics license in Richmond, Virginia she moved back home to Birmingham Alabama and worked for  local dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

After working in a clinic environment for so many years Magen really wanted to bring a more relaxed, fun and accessible atmosphere to facial services, and created Fancy Face in August 2018. 

Hi, my name is Allison and I am an esthetician apprentice and business relations coordinator for Fancy Face BHAM. I will be happy to assist you with booking parties, online ordering, or membership services. 

Hi there! I have been an esthetician at Fancy Face for over two years. I love working in the open bar doing facials and seeing returning clients as well as meeting new ones. I want to work on your skin goals with you and get you where you want to be.
When I'm not at Fancy Face I love trying new restaurants and traveling.

Hi, I'm Brittany!
I have been a part of Fancy Face since we opened our doors downtown and I'm now at our Pelham location. I have loved working and growing with Fancy Face. To say I love what I do is an understatement, it is truly my dream job. I honestly cannot think of a skin type or condition I like working on more than others, all skin is equal and beautiful in my eyes. I am a dedicated wife and mother, and I spend my time taking pictures of my family and friends as photography is a hobby of mine. To all my current and future clients, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the memories and friendships with which you've gifted me.

It is no secret that when we look our best, we feel our best.  When we feel our best, we give our best.  Hi, my name is Laura Eason.  I am a Birmingham, AL  native that has been in the beauty/health/wellness industry my entire career.  Helping boost self-confidence is and always has been at the heart of my personal and professional endeavors.  In 2021, I extended my (now 23+ year) career as a professional makeup artist to becoming a licensed esthetician, allowing me to make lasting impacts on how people feel about themselves.  Let me tell you, this has been one of the best career moves I’ve made; I absolutely love it! 

     Joining the Fancy Face team has allowed me to continue to grow within the field while being in a supportive and fun environment.  It is a place where people care for each other and the work they are doing.  This is reflected in everything from the treatments designed to the product lines curated and I love every bit of that.  Ultimately though, my favorite part of the job is YOU, the client.  Connecting and learning more about you, working together to create a plan, and seeing you radiate with your results…that is what keeps this esthi going!  It truly is a privilege to be a part of your journey; thanks.  See you soon!

Hello! My name is Olive and I'm a graduate of Body Logic School of Cosmetology and Esthetics in the Esthetics program and a licensed Esthetician. I've been skin obssessed ever since I can remember and have special interests in sensitive skin and hyperpigmentation! When I'm not learning new tricks or providing services, I love reading fantasy novels with a cup of tea or baking with my family.

Hi, my name is Kenli! I graduated from Body Logic School of Cosmetology and Esthetics in December of 2022. I love doing lash and brow services and just overall the girly side of esthetics. Howdy! I’m Franni! I graduated from Body Logic School of Cosmetology and Esthetics. Skin has always been a passion. A goal of mine is helping clients get comfortable and confident in their skin.
