Our membership is a great way to make healthy skin and self-care a priority in your life. With two separate options you can choose how often you would like to indulge. Our bar facials may be performed every 14 days for optimal skin results. We look forward to having you, and are happy we are now a part of your self-care routine!

How it works: You can choose from either 2 Membership plans below (Not applicable to packages). The membership is for ANY of our BAR FACIALS and also chemical peels. Our bar menu can be found on our website fancyfacebham.com as well as our facial boosters (add ons). This membership can NOT be used on treatment room facials, or applied to treatment room facials. This includes microneedling. You are more than welcome to book any treatments in the private room, but your membership will not be applied. Please choose the "Member Facial" option when booking your appointment. Our treatment room will be used for more invasive treatments. The two options are outlined below. 

PRICE

  • $85- 1 service monthly
     

  • $150- 2 services monthly

 

*Please be advised that the monthly amount does NOT include gratuity.

 

PERKS

  • 10% off all products year-round
     

  • 10% off all boosters year-round
     

  • Waived private party fee for all private events hosted in the facial bar (typically $75/hour) 

FINE PRINT

  • Contract is for one year. The contract will renew as a month-to-month agreement after the first year. 
     

  • This membership is for BAR facials only.
     

  • Facials do not roll over, they MUST be used in that month or you lose them. They CAN however be given to a friend or a relative as a treat or gift.
     

  • They CANNOT be transferred into gift cards or used towards products or gratuities.
     

**Exceptions to any of the contract agreement will be made on an individual basis.**

 

 LOCATION / HOURS/ MENU 

 

Our facial bar hours are currently Tuesday-Saturday 10 AM- 7 PM. and Sunday 10 AM- 4 PM. Our current location is 2205 7th Ave South, Birmingham, AL 35233. We are closed all major holidays and take a staff trip once a year. Our hours and location are subject to change at any time. In the event we open a second location, your membership will extend to all locations. We will communicate any hour changes via social media and our Google account. We reserve to right to change hours, menu pricing, product brands, and staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

****If you choose to end your membership before your year contract is up there is a one-time penalty fee of 6 months membership charge.****

 

Example : if you are on the once-a-month plan, you will owe 85$ x 6 months/$150 x 6 months = $510/$900 for terminating your contract early.

 

Once you are on a month-to-month plan you may cancel anytime with no penalty.

 

 

PAYMENT:

 

This payment will be deducted from your account on the 1st of every month and will be paid for the month going forward. Example : January 1st payment =  month of January treatments. 

 

 

*** No rollovers. If you forget or miss your treatments, you will lose them. They will not roll over to the next month. **

 

 

*** In the event the payment does not go through, you will be contacted for a payment update, and in the event we cannot reach you after 3 days, we will cancel the membership.
